1. All truck beds must be clean and free of all debris to avoid issues with your vehicle, other vehicles, and our equipment.
2. All issues need to be addressed onsite at the time of the incident.
3. No incident reports will be accepted after leaving the premises, nor will customer support initiate any reports over the phone/email, or any other channel.
4. If an incident report has been filed on-site, please provide the contact information and a detailed account of what happened to the corporate incident reporting department.
